CEVICAL-DORSAL EXERCISES
Angled bending of arms in a standing and leaning position
Stand facing a corner. Place one hand on each wall so that your
arms are stretched, straight and parallel, at shoulder height.
From this position, lean your body forward without moving your
feet, leaning on your hands, bending your elbows and trying to touch
the corner with your face (you do not need to touch it, but do get
as close as possible to it). Straighten your arms and return to
the starting position. Repeat until you have completed one half
of the series. Then, move your hands to chest height and repeat
these same movements until the series is completed
