CEVICAL-DORSAL EXERCISES
Neck extension against resistance
Slightly bend your neck and cross your fingers
behind the back of your neck.
From this starting position, try to straighten
your head and move it gently backward, while exerting forward pressure
with your arms to try to prevent it. You must exert sufficient pressure
with your arms to allow the head to move, but very slightly and
against a resistance. You must not allow the entire range of movement
to be completed. Hold the tension for about 5 seconds and rest.
Repeat the movement until the series is completed.
