Cervical-dorsal stretches

Forward flexion of neck

Sit down and let your arms hang loose, looking forward, back straight and perferably supported. From this position, let your head gently fall forward, until the chin is as close as possible to the chest. Hold this position for a moment, slowly raise your head and take it back as much as possible. Repeat the movement until series is completed.
