Lateral rotation of neck
Sit down and let your arms hang loose, looking forward, back straight
and preferably supported. From this position, gently turn to the
left as much as possible, as if you wish to look over your shoulder.
Once the maximum rotation has been reached, hold the position for
a moment and slowly return to the starting position. Do the same
movement to the other side. Repeat the movement in an alternate
way until the series is completed.
