Cervical-dorsal stretches
Trunk rotation with one arm
Sit down and let your arms hang loose, looking forward and with
back straight and no support. From this position, raise your right
arm until it is horizontal, elbow slightly bent, look toward your
right hand and take your arm as far back as possible, turning your
trunk but without moving your hips, with your eyes following your
hand throughout the movement. Without holding the position, take
the arm forward until your right hand touches your left elbow. Repeat
this movement until the series is completed and then do the same
with the other arm
.
